The Office of the Ambassador of Entertainment and Investment is set to hold a National Entertainment Dialogue Conference today Thursday in at the New City Hall in Freetown.
Ambassador of Entertainment and Investment, Amara Denis Turay commonly known as Amb. Koa Denero told AYV News that the conference is scheduled to commence at 9:00am this morning and slated to end at 4:00pm.
He said: “The conference aims to bring together stakeholders from various facets of the entertainment industry, including artists, producers, technicians, union members and policymakers to engage in meaningful discussions about the challenges and opportunities facing our industry today.
“The theme of this year’s conference is ‘Empowering the Entertainment Industry: Navigating Challenges, Embracing Innovation, Economic Benefits and Cultural Preservation.’ The Office has planned a series of engaging activities, including panel discussions, workshops, networking opportunities and showcases to facilitate meaningful exchanges and foster collaborations.
The Entertainment Ambassador emphasised that the active participation of every entertainer is essential for Sierra Leone’s industry to progress, while extending heartfelt invitation to entertainers across the nation to join this vital conference.
